Last week we held a beach clean-up event, during which our "Green Patrols" collected plastic bottles, bags, glass, metal cans and other waste left by vacationers. The guys also walked with posters calling for a careful attitude towards nature. Some vacationers, having seen our work, thanked the participants and assured that they always clean up after themselves. Our partners from TTL, who have supported our efforts to improve the environment more than once, also joined the event.
Although summer is coming to an end, it is still hot outside, and the beaches remain crowded with people trying to escape the heat and stuffiness. Dear vacationers, be responsible for the cleanliness of our beaches - clean up after yourself and keep nature clean for everyone! This event was held within the framework of the 11th educational and environmental camp "Our Green House - 2024", which was held with the support of the Executive Directorate of the Sughd Region, the Main Directorate of Environmental Protection of the Sughd Region and development partners: ISW, OSCE, IWPR, Bank Arvand.
